Yoghurt pops

These yoghurt pops have been the ultimate grab and go snack this week…

Simple, versatile & nourishing, they are one of Isabelle’s favourite snacks on a hot afternoon & versions of these have also been great during past teething weeks when she’s not been too fussed on breakfast…
The skies the limit with the variations really, but these ones are a combo of;

▫️natural yoghurt
▫️cinnamon
▫️honey (omit for bubs < 1yr)
▫️chopped strawberries
▫️chopped mango

Combine the yoghurt, honey & cinnamon & fill mould’s up to 1/2 way, add the chopped fruit & finish off with the rest of the yoghurt mix & freeze till set.

*use any fruit you like ~ works nicely puréed as well
*add in some oats for a more filling & balanced option that could double as a light grab & go breakfast if in a hurry a chocolate/raspberry version with cacao powder added to the yoghurt mix & raspberries in the middle is a yummy twist for more mature tastes
